Managing People Well
Managing People Well is a cohort-based, interactive workshop series designed to help managers in wealth management firms lead people—not just processes.
Through four 90-minute sessions, participants build the skills and confidence needed to manage performance, develop team members, and work effectively within advisor-led leadership structures.
This series is designed for both new managers with at least one full-time direct report and experienced managers looking to sharpen their skills.
